Jim is an experienced business systems architect and project manager with a track-record of highly successful projects in both corporate and start-up environments, primarily as an independent consultant and contractor in Silicon Valley, where he led teams of developers creating database-driven business applications for major corporations and smaller start-ups.
Jim moved to Whidbey Island, Washington in 2004 and has, over the past several years, devoted hundreds of hours to discussing, studying and designing solutions for the hyperlocal classified advertising niche. Jim is responsible for all functions of the HCC enterprise during the startup phase, including designing, creating and managing the business and IT environments and the software needed for the HCC service. He is the author of all of the project and business documentation and the underlying financial analyses and projections. |
